Service an der Rezeption und beim Check-in/Check-out teils nicht so gut, aber insgesamt trotzdem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in allerbester Lage.“

„It could use a little maintenance and some communication. The table and one of the large shelves in the dresser/tv stand were broken and unusable. It was a busy weekend but not addressed at all during our stay. The indoor pool, not heated, was absolutely freezing and useless during the week we stayed. Housekeeping came only twice during a multi-day stay. I'm not sure if it's a lack of staffing or a policy but it was fairly inconvenient. They also only change the sheets if you ask. Otherwise, ...

„We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison).
