„The owner was lovely. It was my first time doing something besides a hotel and she kindly answered all my questions. They had farm fresh eggs for breakfast. Super cozy and homey. Like being a grandmas house. we had an amazing time. “

„The property was great! Close to activities and easy to get around Louisville from the house. The amenities were great. The house was clean and well suited for families. We each had our own room. There was plenty of seating to have conversation and large dinners. Host left detailed instructions for check in and check out.“

„The house is a pleasure to stay at, modern interior amenities with plenty of provisions provided. The sauna and hot tub were perfect as well. However many of the exterior components are rapidly aging, we were only able to get one of the propane fires started, none of my bachelor party found the pool desirable, no basketballs were provided and all balls for bucketpong were popped and there is currently construction of an apartment right next to the house. "After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts).
But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2*
