Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.“

„Our room size was perfect, for my hubby and I, for two nights. I did go for the room that actually had a bathroom included rather than a communal washroom. The restroom was built into the closet but was totally functional with a toilet and shower. There was also no TV. It was less than 20 to Uber around rather than worry about trains. Oh and we had a rental so we arranged parking in advance! If you’ve never been to a major city, the parking is tricky. You can only park for 2 hours between ...

„The house is located in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the ease of parking in the neighborhood. And most things are walkable to. The house itself was comfortable, yet it was a bit dusty. The great was good and the bathrooms served us well. Our only concern was the upkeep of the house in general. Things just felt about ramshackle. We give the place four stars.“

„I was in Queens for my daughter's wedding and wanted to be able to host a dinner and a brunch for our family and her new husband's family. This space was perfect for that. Lots of space to hang out in, two bathrooms, laundry and a functioning kitchen. . . all of which are so hard to find in NYC. Plus the host was helpful and kind. This is a gem if you want to host a lot of people in the city.“
