„Check in was a hit or miss. We weren’t able to get our code until we paid the security deposit which the link that was provided was not working so it was a bit of a hassle. Also, when we officially got settled we noticed a few issues throughout the unit. One of the rooms is missing a TV remote, and the TV itself appears to be glitching. Additionally, neither of the showers is producing hot water. We also noticed a few stains on the sheets and pillows, and the blind handle is broken as well also ...

„The room was in terrible condition. The wooden floor was broken and damaged, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk on. The bed sheets had holes, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. They changed the stay location which was not listed on the Expedia at the last minute. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again or recommend this house.“

„My friend and I stayed here and greatly enjoyed our stay. Prime location, a short walk to Brickell, Papa Johns, some convenience stores, and restaurants. Everything was clean when we arrived and it was spacious! Communication with the host was smooth and they left clear instructions. Couldnt have had a better experience!!!“
