„We had purchased 2 queen bed room. Expedia over booked the rooms and we lost ours to a down grade. They could not right Expedias wrong. We wound up with the worst pull out bed no fitted sheet, i had to ask for pillows, and it was right on top of the air conditioning. Worst night's sleep ever there was a hole in the center of the mattress. Lesson learned.I will never book throughE xpedia again“
