"Very central. Direct lift access to the MRT and Orchardgateway. Rooms were very clean and made nicely every day. Breakfast buffet is quite good but we only made use of it once. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a work trip. In hindsight, choosing a family-oriented resort may not have been the best fit for my needs, but I was drawn by the promise of a well-equipped gym, which I’m happy to say did not disappoint. That said, the overall experience left me underwhelmed. The hotel is very large, and as a result, lacks any sense of personalization or warmth. The breakfast area, while offering a decent selection, was overwhelmingly busy, more akin to a crowded train station than a relaxing start to the day. The atmosphere was cold like in a hospital canteen. Dining options were also limited. The à la carte menu in the main restaurant was surprisingly narrow unless you opted for the buffet, which may not appeal to all guests, particularly those looking for a lighter or more refined evening meal. Room service was equally underwhelming, both in terms of selection and quality. All in all, I found my stay disappointing and not quite aligned with the standards I expected from the Shangri-La brand. Regrettably, I would be hesitant to return in the future. "

"The Pan Pacific provides you with a truly wonderful experience when being in Singapore and can definitely recommend to stay there! The hotel is located close to the bay with all you need closeby. The hotel itself provides you with a relaxing and luxurious feeling already when you arrive. Amy at the front desk made us feel so welcome and even granted us an upgrade, even though it had been a long time since our last visit. The room was absolutely amazing — cozy, luxurious, and with a lovely balcony for stunning views of Singapore. The whole hotel felt like a mix of calm spa vibes and top-quality comfort. The breakfast buffet was a dream, including fresh dishes from all over the world and fresh juices. Everyone we met was very friendly and always happy to help to make our stay more comfortable. Ralph at the pool was especially kind and attentive. When it was time to leave, Prabu and Brendan were very helpful as well to help with the luggage and organise a good transportation for us. All in all, it was a fantastic experience with genuine warmth and hospitality from the staff. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"
