THE SPACE / SLEEPING CONFIGURATION

King bed with hotel-quality linens. Queen sleeper sofa in the seating area accommodates up to four guests total. The layout keeps sleeping, lounging, and the kitchenette in clearly defined zones within the open-plan floor plan.

Bathroom: whirlpool soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks, ample counter space.

Kitchenette: stovetop, microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, dishware, and essential kitchen items — suitable for breakfasts, late-night snacks, or keeping drinks and leftovers on hand. No dishwasher, no oven.

• No Resort Fee: Guests pay no daily resort fee. Full MGM Signature and MGM Grand amenity access is included in the nightly rate.
• Parking: Complimentary valet for one vehicle per reservation, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak times or holidays, valet may reach capacity; if full, guests may be directed to MGM Grand self-parking (fees may apply).
• Laundry: Community laundry facilities are available for stays of 7 nights or more only. Request access at check-in.
• Check-in: Front desk check-in required (valid photo ID and credit card hold). 24/7 front desk allows for late arrivals.
• Age & Deposit: Primary guest must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID. Refundable security deposit of $100 per night (maximum $300) required at check-in; released after checkout if unused.
• Housekeeping: Professionally deep-cleaned prior to arrival. No daily housekeeping (condo-style stay). Complimentary daily trash collection available on request.
• Optional Services (fees apply): Priority early check-in — $35, guaranteed by 12:30 PM, must be pre-arranged. Mid-stay full clean — $112, includes fresh linens and towels.
• Formula 1: City and circuit views available during race setup and event days; visibility may vary based on event configuration.
• Other: No rollaway beds, cribs, or high chairs. Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival. Concierge can hold packages up to 30 days (handling fees may apply). Food and grocery deliveries must be met at the lobby entrance.
