Beautiful, newly remodeled home situated minutes away from freeways and 25 minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip. Located near ample shopping, attractions, and all Las Vegas has to offer without the hotel prices. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. to accommodate large groups. Washer and dryer is available for guest use with complimentary detergent. Guests have access to fresh linen and towels for the duration of their stay. This home is well equipped for large groups that can accommodate up to 26 guests upon request.

This property is perfect for large groups and the ease of checking in was great as well. We ended up washing some items prior to use because they were filthy (bath rugs) and the floors were very dirty. It could use actual cleaners considering you’re charged 500 for a cleaning fee you’d expect a property to be TRULY clean. We were a traveling group of boys so they didn’t seem to care. A few furniture items need to be replaced/fixed as well. Overall I recommend this place because it is very spacious and offers plenty of seating/lounging for larger groups.

I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for this incredible experience! First and foremost, a HUGE mahalo/faafetai to our amazing host, Greg. He was so responsive and communication was an absolute breeze. Seriously, that made such a difference!This place was beyond perfect! My family and I had the best time and I can’t find the words to fully describe how much we enjoyed our stay. As a large Polynesian family, space is always important, and this home had more than enough for all of us. The kids had a blast with the pool, golf putting area, and cornhole—those kept them entertained every single day. The four bathrooms were such a luxury (we never ran out of hot water), and having multiple living rooms gave the kids the perfect spaces to spread out. Plus, the yard was HUGE! The kids were able to play football and run around freely, which was awesome.We even hosted my sister’s wedding here, and it was an absolute hit! We got so many compliments and people kept asking where they could find a place like this. It really made the event even more special.Overall, we had an unforgettable experience and we’d absolutely love to come back. Oh, and if you’re curious about the food, check out Taco Champs on TikTok—they were our caterer and the food was amazing!Mahalo again for everything, Greg! We truly appreciate it.

Clean and spacious- beautiful home. We really enjoyed the home and would stay again. Very comfortable beds and nicely decorated.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cups. The pool is not heated and it was much too cold to swim, even in early October. Very nice pool fence that allows you to spend time outside with little ones with no worries.The internet was great- no issues. TV was great- easy to use.Make sure you buy toilet paper and shower soaps, but there are blow dryers and plenty of towels.

Everything was dirty and worn out.I would not recommend this place unless some major updates are done.I never took my shoes off; the floors and carpets were so incredibly filthy.The towels and bed linen were grimy.Light bulbs need to be replaced, and pots and pans were an afterthought.The bathroom bowls, unless you are tall, are so inconvenient, and we couldn't find a step stool anywhere.I was embarrassed when my family began to arrive.I usually arrange family gatherings and reserve the place where we stay. I actually sent the pictures from the VRBO site to my family members before confirming the reservation. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES!!!NEVER before have I done such a piss poor job of organizing.The upside is that the original group of family members, totaling 26, dwindled to 8.

House was perfect for event!

We used this house to have our family and friends stay in one place and it worked out very well for all ages. We even had our reception there...all of the guests were amazed and loved coming to the house. It was also great for us not seeing each other dressed up before leaving to the wedding because you can keep separation if needed! Host was a very great communicator, would use again, thank you!!!

Great for large group of all ages

We had multiple families from old to very young stay here and it worked well for all. The pool was great. The large bunk room for kids was a hit. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook with (we had to buy some dishwasher soap though). Greg was very responsive from the time I booked the property to after we checked out and meeting us when we got there was a welcome personal touch. The area also felt safe and was in a great central location for where we needed to be.

Perfect House for a Big Group!

We visited Vegas to celebrate the marriage of our oldest son, and we were there with our other 9 kids, some of their spouses, plus my elderly parents, my brother and his family, and my cousin and her kids. This house slept all 22 of us very comfortably! It also had plenty of seating for all of us, as well as plates, bowls, silverware, big pots and pans, etc. that are needed for a large group! There was also plenty of parking for the 5 rental cars we had between all of us. Everyone enjoyed the pool, corn hole, and putting green in the back yard, and the large sectionals inside were perfect for those who wanted to stay inside in the AC and just visit! The house was not too far from both Costco and Sams, and a super Walmart was less than 5 minutes away. We all highly recommend this property!

We stayed with 19 people that included 3 families and soccer boys. Everything was clean and there was so much room for everyone to have a bed. 2 living rooms that let the teenage boys play their video games and adults watch movies. So much outdoor area for the younger siblings to run around as well. Pool was clean, but weather was just too cold for use.

5-Star Property and Communication!

Greg was an excellent host! The house easily accommodated our group of 17. The kitchen was well-equipped, everything was spotless, everything worked as expected. The kids enjoyed the pool, mini-golf, and games at the patio table. The space was huge, plenty of towels, easy gated access, rapid and friendly response to any concerns. This house is excellent for groups or large family gatherings. Thank you, Greg, for being one of the best VRBO hosts we have ever had!
