Perfect location very safe. You have your own private entrance. You do not walk thrugh the house at all , total privacy. King size bed. It’s safe to go for a walk or a jog.There shopping,dining,golfing or hiking nearby. There’s a Whole Foods around the corner, a PF Chang’s, a great Italian restaurant called Roma, and Fleming's steakhouse. This neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet.
The space
Easy private entrance. Walk in shower with bathtub. Spacious high ceilings two closets a 55" television a table you could put your laptop or tablet to get work done if needed. And it has a comfortable California King bed.
Guest access
You will park on the right side of the driveway enter to the right pass the French doors go through the gate and it’s the first sliding glass door on your left.

Just please be courteous with the volume levels of conversation outside of the house and inside the house. Please keep the TV volume at a respectful level and try to remember to turn things off when leaving.And most important when checking out please put the keys back in the lock box!!!
