Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this luxury private three bedroom home features an open floorplan with wrap around kitchen, dining area with pool deck walk-out and living room with 45" Smart HDTV. Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom features private walk-out to pool deck, en suite bathroom with jetted tub and 60" Smart HDTV. Spacious living room with comfy sofa, 45" Smart HDTV, laundry area, private backyard, private pool & hot tub, BBQ, firepit, free high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite parking and key-less access.

Spa heating is available upon request for a charge of $50/day for the spa alone, pool heating is not available at this time. Please request the heating at the time of booking.

Our pool/hot tub is professionally cleaned every Wednesday between 2 - 6 PM to ensure it’s always ready for your enjoyment. If additional cleaning is required, it will be billed to the guest. The pool/hot tub cleaning fee is $108.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Side Gate Notice:
The side gate is not in use and should not be opened or used by guests. Please use the main property entrance only. The side gate is planned to be replaced with a new gate and full lock, but there is no confirmed timeframe yet for when the repair/replacement will be completed.
