Fantastic condo

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights while in town for concerts at the Sphere. We have stayed at the MGM signature before in a different unit and enjoyed its peaceful vibe while being convenient to the strip with ability to walk, use public transit and uber off the strip when needed. This unit was super clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the views of the strip from the bedroom at night. I hope to stay here again during our next visit.

Great property and great value

This was a very nice condo in the MGM Signature residence complex. Easy walking access to the MGM Casino. Nicely appointed, full kitchen. Well stocked and with a great view from the corner master suite. I recommend this as a much better value than Vegas hotels, and with greater conveniences.

We were in town to see the EAGLES !! We were able to see the Sphere from the balcony ! It is walkable if you like !! I had a couple of questions during our stay and the Host answered within MINUTES!! Fantastic place FANTASTIC HOST !!!

Amazing view, tons of space

The view alone and ease of access to the pool was worth 10 stars! Couple warnings though- If you’re planning on being out late, be prepared to either use valet in tower 2 (this is tower 3) or MGM and walk a bit as they shut down valet to tower 3 sometime between 9 and 10. MGM is not in this property, it is separate. There are walkways which is super convenient, but it’s a large property so there’s a bit of walking. Valet made me a bit nervous a couple times especially after I heard a woman reprimanding them as they had misplaced her keys, then called her threatening to tow her car. When she came back out and was arguing with them about it, they found her keys. They did have them the whole time. Tower 1 has the lounge, Starbucks, and little corner store. Tower 3 has a really nice pool and waterfall area. I believe they all 3 have gyms. Also, we believe the garbage disposal in our room may be going out. It was making a strange sound and the sink drained slower than we would like. It was amazing though. The bedroom and balcony views were breathtaking. There was plenty of space and we were all comfortable. The tub in the bedroom was so comfortable with arm rests. The host was amazing and kept in communication the entire time with us as we were super late checking in after getting stuck in a snow storm in Flagstaff.

Great location plus winter pool!

We had a great stay here between Christmas and new years. The kids (9 and 11) were happy we found a hotel/condo with a pool right on the property! Easy walk through the tunnel to MGM restaurants, and easy walk along the street to get to other spots along the strip. Spacious and clean bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. We've already recommended it to friends!

Great Host & Property

We have stayed a number of times at the Signature Towers via VRBO and this rental has become our new favorite. It’s not that the units themselves vary that much. This unit is a great mid level (not too high or low in the building) it’s on the end (feels like less noise) and the views were actually better than expected. Would be an excellent F1 rental in our opinion. Last, the communication with our host was excellent and much appreciated during out check-in process.

Perfect Apartment- Perfect Location

It‘s just amazing to stay here. The Apartment is very big - providing lots of space. Everything is clean. Hufe Bathroom - and nice view at the Sphere! We just love it. The location is awesome - close to the Monorail and Strip. And of course you can use the facilities oh MGM inclusive the lazy river. We lovef our stay. Would stay there again.

Fantastic property at MGM Signature!

We had a great stay and would highly recommend Room 11-801 in Tower 3. The host Veronica was very helpful and helped make our stay very pleasant! The room is very nice and well taken care of. Everything is in nice condition and nothing feels old or dated. There is a full kitchen with many items required to cook and eat for those wanting to do so. The bathrooms (main bathroom with large soaking tub and separate shower and a second bathroom with shower) are beautiful! The balcony view is incredible with pools view. You also have an amazing view of the Sphere. It’s fun to watch at night. A great thing about the MGM Signature is you have your own pools only for Signature guests but also can use the MGM Grand pools. If you are looking for a nice property with a relaxing atmosphere but easy access to the excitement of Vegas….This is it!
