Located only 25 minutes from the Strip and McCarran International Airport and minutes from the busiest streets in the heart of Henderson, this is the perfect home for your stay in Las Vegas. Make yourself at home! Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room.

- We will require a $300 refundable security deposit
- NO TALKING LOUDLY over at the front yard and back yard and no extra guest stay at night. Only 12 Guests are allowed in the house (Children count as guest too). Violation will result in a $1000 fine from the City and the Security team will be called to remove all guests. IF you get complaints by neighbors by the second time, you will be removed immediately.
- Smoking is only allowed on the left side facing the property! (The putting green side).
- Trash container will have be stored to the side of garage. We will have a co-worker come by to place the trash container into the side of the property every Monday.

— Please follow the check-in and check-out time. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs when communicated 48hrs in advance. To provide the best experience for the next guest, our professional cleaning team requires a 5 hour average turnaround time.

— Backyard security cam will activate if the noise volume exceeds the City Regulation.
