„I found dead bugs in the kitchen ceiling light. The front door was dirty. After a spring shower, the entrance pavers were dirty. This is part of a duplex. The neighbor’s dog barked every time I walked past their window, which was required to get to the parking lot. “

„We had freezing temperatures in Florida and when i found out this cottage does not have any heat I contacted the host and said we can't stay there with no heat and Pia assured me that an electric fire place was installed and there is a space heater, however the electric fire place does not heat the room and the space heater was miniature so we froze to death all night and were so miserable. Pia did refund us 100. but a full refund would have been more acceptable. Do not stay here when it's cold ...

„Very clean and nicely decorated condo. Appreciated the extras...dish soap, soap, shampoo and body wash, & TP. Also, beach chairs and towels! Nice outside area and short drive to beaches. Host is very responsive...issue with heat resolved same day. “
