The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. „It was our 45th anniversary and we came up from San Jose for a nice getaway.Our 3 night stay in May was so nice! Riley answered all our texts or any questions we had.We spent time in Truckee, Tahoe City, South Tahoe and Kings Beach. Did a lot of shopping. Breakfast at Cornerstone Bakery Cafe in Truckee which was delicious. We had a sweet stop at the Log Cabin Ice Cream shop in Kings Beach. „We had a wonderful time during our stay. The host was always available for questions or concerns. Unfortunately, a lot of the amenities at the resort were closed which we were not aware of until checking in. For example, the slide was closed, the recreation area was closed, and the resort was out of a lot of products/food/drinks.“
