„Easy checkin process. Host very accommodating and easy. I think he should list the long alley walk to the front door where it is quite narrow and broken concrete. Not great for anyone with disabilities or very young, or very old. The noise was my biggest complaint but nothing the host can do to fix that. Hard to sleep amongst dogs barking, roosters crowing and construction. Lastly, he’s charging a bit too much since his neighbor erected a two story concrete wall thus obstructing any view there ...

„It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.“

„This property was amazing to stay at. The rooms are cute little cabins, with a very comfortable bed and two nightstands. Very minimalistic but it’s all you need and waking up to an unobstructed sunrise view of the volcano on Lake Atitlan. The club and lounge that is nearby the property has the best views as well and reasonable pricing.
