„We had a lovely stay at Sea Pines with our family and friends. The location to Harbortown is definitely ideal! The living room is very spacious! The condo is above all of the shops and restaurants at Harbourtown so there’s definitely a noise factor! Garbage trucks, maintenance vehicles, delivery trucks, all coming early in the morning and at random hours, so did not get much sleep! The decor, while nice, is definitely not beachy. „This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. This condo, thou it is not directly oceanfront, has a very nice view of the ocean and directly below the condo is a pond with turtles and an alligator who we enjoyed watching from the balcony. The location is a quick walk to the beach and the smaller Admiral's Row pool which was never crowded. „Beautiful condo with plenty of space. Beware that there are 3 flights of steep stairs. Close to the beach, the short walk took us about 10 minutes pulling a wagon. We enjoyed the gas grill and upper covered balcony. Area seems very safe. Probably will not rent again just because of the stairs ( we are an older couple) “
