„The pool was out of order, which was no big deal but the elevator was out of order too and the only room available was on the third floor, so we had to carry luggage up and down three flights. The desk clerk didnt care, no "sorry" or anything.“

„We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given ...
