"Really a dream hotel. Good communication and help with the ferry/ speed boat. Help with the luggage at the pier, they transfer it to the hotel. Really short walk to the resort. Good after a fully booked speed boat ride and you can directly walk without shoes at the beach. Perfect check in. Mega room( beach front) very clean nice bathroom with crazy bathtube view to the stunning beach! After problems with the door 2 min later somebody came to help! Sunrise in the morning fantastic, sunset at the sunset bar ( 2 min ride with the shuttle wich comes a minute after you call for it) fantastic sunset bar with infinity pool etc. Great breakfast. Fresh eggs all kinds of breakfast things good coffee. Everybody totally helpful. Calm beach. Only you could organize 10-20 more sun beds for the beach. Towels in room and for the beach super soft and big and new! I had a horror because I made the mistake in reading the negative reviews. But hey! Take the good room and you get good and excellent service! Next to the hotel Mini Markt and restaurants you can walk barefoot at the beach! What do you want more? Moskitos and flies… hey! We are on an island! And the Insekts where there bevor us!!! Take or buy repellent and everything ok. In the room are tablets for the anti Insekt sticker. We all use plastic and if everybody just pick on up and throw it in the next rubbish everything is ok. Everywhere where is tourism you have this problem. I saw in morning staff from the hotel cleaning the beach."

"Sehr tolles Hotel in guter Lage, nur ca. 7 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, der Service war insgesamt hervorragend. Das Hotel und die gesamte Anlage ist modern und sehr schön gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolblick im obersten Stockwerk mit großem Balkon und traumhafter Aussicht. Kostenloses Trinkwasser im Zimmer. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön, das Fitnessstudio gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit großer Auswahl. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!"

"Die Anlage ist wunderschön und liegt direkt am Strand. Das Zimmer wurde nicht besonders gut gereinigt, die Armaturen im Bad müssten getauscht werden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war in Ordnung, Kaffee schmeckt uns nicht, aber es gibt alternativen. Es wurde schon sehr früh dunkel, den Bungalow bei Dunkelheit zu finden, ist schon ein Abenteuer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung gibt es außerhalb der Anlage genügend."

"Es fing schon gut an, wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein Superior Zimmer im Panorama Building mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war umwerfend. So wie das gesamte Hotel. Am Hang gebaut mit 2 Pools, davon ein Infinity Pool mit Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Außerdem war das Frühstück sagenhaft, es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Es gab auch eine Rooftop Bar und sogar eine Happy Hour zum Sonnenuntergang. Und natürlich das Personal. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufeinander und kommen gerne wieder."

"Die Anlage ist zentral gelegen mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe, aber dennoch ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder."
