Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.

Accessibility
Stairs are required to access the property. This home may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Furniture
Please do not move the furniture. If any items are relocated during your stay, they must be returned to their original locations prior to check-out.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
