„It was great - hosts communicated so well, and were ready to help. It was a sweet little spot, and in good weather, a nice walking distance from downtown (1 mile ish). There was some unfortunate tree sap that coated my car, but other than that, it was great.“

„The house was in excellent condition, very clean, very convenient to Knoxville, just far enough out of the city to hear the birds in the early morning as they wake up for their day. I highly recommend staying here, Ms. Kathy is an excellent host.“

„Upon arrival the property was even better than we thought. Close enough but also far enough away from all the action that we were able to have some quiet time as well. Every detail was thought of at this property and all the comforts of home. Bed was very comfortable after a bust day downtown. Will definitely make this our go to when in town“

„I would really like to give a bad review so I have this place all to myself when I get into Knoxville to visit my daughter again. However, it was too great. Incredibly clean, very spacious, and had everything you would need for a trip to the area. It was far enough from downtown where you didn't need to worry about traffic. It is a little far from the campus, but I actually preferred it. The owners went above and beyond to decorate and make this feel like a home. “

„We came to visit our son at UTK and go to a game with two other families. The house was amazing and exceeded our ecxpectations. The host, Bret, was communicative and informative throughout the booking and even welcomed us with a lovely note, cheese board and bottle of wine. Wow! It was the icing on the cake for an amazing weekend. Not to mention the house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and great location. We will definitely be back!“
