Enjoy the ocean view and your first cup of coffee in the captain's watch. The mid-level den is a perfect hideaway to read that favorite book. The recreation room will be a hit for all family members with a 7 ft pool table, speaker system and a wet bar for the game players and night owls in your family. Wireless high-speed internet to keep you in touch with work and friends while away.

Of course, everyone will love the media room, with its 70-inch HD TV and the tiered movie theater seating and surround sound system. Stream movies and TV shows on Netflix for free. All bedrooms also have HD smart TVs and Netflix throughout the home.

Just a short distance to one of the widest beaches on the Outer Banks, only approximately 572 feet from your driveway to beach access walkway! Swim in the large 14x28 heated pool and enjoy your evenings in the hot tub! Bring the family and see why so many families continue to return to Ricky's Retreat year after year.

For your convenience, this home provides sheets and towels.

The private pool is available first week of April to the last week of October. The pool may be heated from April 1st to June 1st and September 1st to October 26th for an additional $400 per week. New for 2026 - the private pool is now salt water!

The fireplace is not for tenant use.

This vacation home is a member of the Kilmarlic K-Club. Enjoy special golf rates, instructional clinics, private lessons, and exclusive transportation services to the K-Club.
