Sandy Treasure is an oceanfront house located in the quiet community of Sanderling in Duck. The community provides access to the pristine, private beach, free access to a shared community pool, and use of the tennis and pickleball courts for a small fee (paid at the clubhouse - located 1 mile north). Sandy Treasure's entire interior was completely renovated before the 2025 season, and a new deck with a hot tub on the top deck, overlooking the ocean, providing a true luxury oceanfront experience. Complete with a newly remodeled master bedroom secluded on the top floor with a massive, custom walk-in master shower with two rain heads, hand sprayer, and large bench. Two 42" vanities provide plenty of counter space and a separate water closet for added privacy. A remodeled kitchen and wet bar will have your entire group enjoying beautiful ocean views as they sip their favorite beverage. Create lasting memories and meals on the expansive quartz counter-topped cabinets packed with quality cookware and kitchenware, as you pull everything you need from a Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine fridge, and additional drink fridge. The ocean views are endless through the massive picture windows and open floor plan in the family room that shares a space with the dining area and is next to the kitchen.
