Downstairs, the covered ground level provides plenty of shade along with all the amenities you'll need for a beach vacation, including an outdoor shower, hot tub and grilling area. When you're not at the beach, take advantage of the private pool for around-the-clock fun and relaxation without leaving the house. Beyond the pool is a spacious backyard for playing games or just letting the kids run around.

C And Sky is nestled in the quaint community of Carolina Dunes, located just a mile north of downtown Duck. This peaceful, residential neighborhood provides guests with multiple beach accesses, as well as access to the sound for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. C And Sky is just a short walk to the beach access at the end of Sprigtail Drive, just three lots south of the house.
