„Avon is a nice, relaxed area and the suite we stayed in was perfect for a couple to stay in. We didn’t hear much noise from the house but got all of the information we needed through messages. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because of a storm but it was clean and a good temperature when I checked.“

„My friends and I visited the area for Kitesurfing. The Green Room is a short driving distance to most of the best kite spots and very close to Food Lion. We made good use of the kitchen, which was well stocked with basic ingredients and good equipment. Communication with Kevin was great and he even made a business meeting after check out time possible by letting my friend use his office space. We would definitely stay again!“

„We coordinated our trip with friends staying at the KOA. This apartment was close enough to make meeting up for dinner/sight seeing easy. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood which we prefer over the noise of all the activity areas of the campground. The open room layout was fine for the two of us and the beach is within a sort walking distance.“

„We had so much fun at this property! I felt like it was perfect because we had a washer and dryer, so it was great for washing clothes for our baby (we traveled with a 7 month old). I liked that there were 2 bathrooms, and the bedrooms were extremely spacious! This didn’t really bother us, but keep in mind that the location isn’t right on the beach. I would say it’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach through some neighborhoods behind the cabanas. And Hatteras is known for mosquitoes, so if ...
