„Eddie had great communication and provided recommendations as it was our first time visiting the Outer Banks.The condo was beautiful, clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need. And the view was STUNNING. The neighborhood was super quiet (we stayed in November, so not sure about summer time). „The condo was absolutely gorgeous, clean, spacious and perfect for our family of 4 for a long weekend! The condo was stocked with all the essentials we needed such as towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, coffees, spices, etc. The King master bed was a comfortable Tempurpedic type matress -perfect for us aging adults. „We had such a wonderful time. The place was clean, very tidy, and provided all we needed to feel at home. Amanda did such a lovely job putting this place together. We will return. Pool was nice, loved the outdoor space very much. The walk to the beach was so convenient, my teenager was able to come and go and we felt safe in her doing so. Thanks again!“

„it was clean and the screened in porch was really nice. the only problem we had is the toilet was acting up and a door knob was acting up, but other than that it was a really lovely stay. if u want to cook while there, there’s no seasonings but all the equipment is there “

„We absolutely love this property! The access to different rooms is perfect and the location is our favorite! Right next door to Art's Place and literally a minute walk across the street to the beach. Pool on the property is wonderful and the amenities are perfect for our family of 4. „The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. "Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt im John Yanceys. Wir waren zu jederzeit sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war wieder sehr schön, wie beschrieben und auch sehr sauber. Wir nehmen housekeeping eher seltener in Anspruch, konnten aber zu jederzeit Handtücher austauschen und neuen Kaffee erhalten. Ebenso fanden wir den vorhandenen Besen und Fegeblech sehr nützlich für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Herzlichen Dank ans Team für die wunderschöne Zeit. "
