„The property was as advertised and was correctly rated by previous guests. The owner was very communicative before our stay. The unit was very clean. The kitchen well appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms were renovated but the rest of the unit keeps its old school charm. Noticed lightbulbs were out and water dispensed from fridge wasn’t not working. „We love this bungalow! It’s perfect for my husband and me and our pup. Only one sandspur was found in the back yard. That is fabulous for a grassed yard at the beach. The fenced yard offered a safe place for our pup and privacy for us. No stairs was so convenient! House was clean and just as advertised. „The overall condition of the house was great. The only disappointment was that there was a sand dune directly in front of us impeding our view. I would recommend also to get lighting by the driveway. Check in was later and we had absolutely no idea which building as it was 730pm and dark. There is an absolute eye sore blocking the house from the road and at first we thought that was our place. “

"Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt im John Yanceys. Wir waren zu jederzeit sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war wieder sehr schön, wie beschrieben und auch sehr sauber. Wir nehmen housekeeping eher seltener in Anspruch, konnten aber zu jederzeit Handtücher austauschen und neuen Kaffee erhalten. Ebenso fanden wir den vorhandenen Besen und Fegeblech sehr nützlich für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Herzlichen Dank ans Team für die wunderschöne Zeit. "
