Mins To Base of Keystone, Private Sauna & 2 Balconies w/ Partial Slope Views!

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 11 with one king bed, two queen beds, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a twin sleeper sofa. It features vaulted ceilings that lend an open feel and the kitchen has granite countertops. There are two private decks with mountain views. A private sauna on the lower level. Private laundry, gas fireplace, and a private garage. The central Keystone location allows for easy access to all the resort and Arapahoe Basin.

The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience. The living area features vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a beautiful gas fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone, and a flat screenTV. Just off the living area is the first private deck offering mountain and slope views in the distance. Sit back and enjoy the views or take advantage of the grill for additional cooking options.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has updated stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the family meals around the dining table that seats ten. There are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The laundry room is on the main level near the stairs.

The main level primary suite features a queen-sized bed. The second deck is just through this room, offering treed and mountain views, seating, and access to green-space. The bathroom for the main level is attached to this room and the kitchen. It has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Downstairs, just off the garage, is a room with a private sauna.

Upstairs are a primary suite and two guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The first guest bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a twin-sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The upstairs guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

Cozy yet spacious..

Location was great, just across a street from River Run.. Stores and restaurants within 10 minutes drive. Enough space for 10 of us. Pretty well equipped kitchen, we cooked every day. Access to the game club a couple buildings over was fantastic - kids loved the indoor pool with heated water. Communication was swift and on point. We had a great stay! Thank you for accommodating us. The only suggestion we have is more towel hangers in the bathrooms :)

Wonderful Family Vacation

We enjoyed our entire stay! The home was spacious and comfortable, enough area for all of us. Everyone also enjoyed the facility's swimming pool and game room. The Keystone area was also great: horseback riding, gondola and alpine slides, a train ride, and shopping. Several festivals also happened to be close.

Great place for a larger group

My family enjoyed our summer stay at Keystone. The townhome was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed to prepare our meals. Having small children our plan was to relax and enjoy each others company, so we made good use of the rec center especially the pool. Would be a great place to stay next ski season as well. So glad I brought coffee even after reading that there would be pods for our use. If you are a coffee drinking family, bring your own. There were only two four cup coffee pods for 8 coffee drinkers.

Excellent spot!

The home was perfect for our family of 4 and friends with an infant. The layout was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space in the family room area and quiet, private bedrooms for kid naps (with well-insulated walls between the units and absolutely no neighbor noises). The pool and clubhouse is only a short walk away and was a big hit with the kiddos. The location is fantastic for easy access to the slopes and restaurants at Keystone. And the big dining table was great for breakfasts and a pizza dinner all together. The in-unit sauna was a treat too. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends without question.

Great place for a large family vacation

We just completed an extended family ski trip and stayed at this wonderful townhouse right across from Keystone. There were 8 of us in total, and this place was perfect for our group. It is large and very well appointed with everything we needed for a weeks long stay. It also has a beautiful view of Keystone Resort, which was a bonus. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. The owner was also very responsive and texted me regularly to make sure we didn’t have any questions or issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Rental

We had 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) and there was plenty of room, we could have easily fit a third family without feeling overcrowded. The place was very clean. They were a bit delayed with the cleaning and we had to wait about an hour before we could unload but overall the property was great. Working with the management company was great, they were very helpful with any and all questions.

Great place for a friend trip!

This place was absolutely perfect for our trip! It was located within walking distance of restaurants, liquor store, grocery, ski rental, souvenir shopping, and directly across from the slopes. Parking was no problem and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Great property, less than impressive property management

We loved the property. The location was excellent and the condo was beautiful, well stocked with blankets, pillows, and the kitchen had a great supply of cooking/baking utensils, pots, pans, as well as all the basic spices, and everything was beautifully labeled. However, the phone call from the property management company two days before our arrival letting us know the HOA had closed the clubhouse/pool for maintenance was not well executed or handled with an ounce of empathy. Instead, they leaned heavily on “the contract” and didn’t work with us to find a possible solution for alternative swimming for our kids. When the closure was extended to cover all five days of our trip, we were met with more dismissive responses. We understand that maintenance has to occur, but the complete lack of resolution from the property management team made it so we didn’t even try to have them help us with the garage door code not working, the TV not allowing us to access any streaming programs, or other smaller issues we encountered along the way. Other property management companies have strived to find solutions, and gotten us access to alternative facilities- free of charge- when we’ve encountered issues with advertised amenities.
