„The staff went out of their way to help us make our way somewhere at the last minute. The room was wonderful and we enjoyed the in-room onsen tub and 2 kaiseki meals. “

„Wonderful hotel!!! Very clean and calm. Nice traditional rooms. 3 Minute walk to the next bus station. The only downside is that you can’t eat dinner there and their breakfast is very small, so plan on eating before returning to the hotel. Besides that a 10/10, also the location is a dream. “

„This place was amazing. The room was big and we had a beautiful view on the back forest. We had two choices of Onsen (outside and inside) and both were very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond for us. Because there was not of other guest, we were able to have one side of the Onsen for us instead of being separated man and woman. „We had a great stay at this hotel. It is right on a bus route with the stop right in front of the hotel. The included dinner and breakfast was also amazing, with traditional and western options for breakfast. Try the Hakone loop bus, boat, rope line (ie gondola) and cable car attraction when you’re staying. “

„This Ryokan is just wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, English was not a problem at all. The private onsen was clean and ideal for a little break. The breakfast and dinner menu were tasty and the lady gave all she got to explain every detail as good as possible. The rooms are spacious and the staff organized everything on time and with a smile. „前日に予約しましたが、来てみてびっくりしました。スタッフも施設もすごくよかった。駅からのシャトルバスでは冷たいおしぼりも用意され感激した。ウェルカムドリンクも子ども達も大変喜んだ。お食事もあの金額で，質の高い料理だと思った。夏の疲れを癒やしてもらった。家族で、毎年このホテルに泊まりたいと話した。素晴らしい夏の思い出をありがとうございました。“
