„The staff were excellent. The room was clean. We had the mountain view and the view was gorgeous. They have a nice restaurant and an excellent complimentary breakfast. A problem we had was the room became cold in the evenings/nights. Because of the central HVAC, we could not set our thermostat to heat. The hotel property was clean, however the area around the property was not very clean. The hotel is very close to the Dalai Lama temple. Overall, we had a wonderful time in the hotel. “

„Das Hotel war leider eine Baustelle. Swimmingpool und Spa noch nicht in Betrieb. Dafür hat der Hotelmanager ein Abendessen springen lassen. Leider hat die ganze Nacht Musik aus dem Aufzug gedröhnt und die Nachtruhe gestört. Das Essen war gut und das Persoal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, wenn auch nicht immer erfolgreich. Wahrscheinlich war ich einfach ein paar Monate zu früh. “
