„Super schöne Lage (hatten Unterkunft direkt am Ozean), grosszügige Raumgestaltung. Schade gab es keinen direkten Zugang um im Ozean zu schnorcheln. Aufpreis für Klimaanlage finden wir für eine solche Unterkunft und in dieser Klimazone übertrieben. Auch die sehr hohe Reinigungspauschale ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Für uns sind dies versteckte Kosten, welche eigentlich im offiziellen Preis enthalten sein sollten (würde aber natürlich Kundschaft abschrecken).“

„Die Unterkunft ist zentral und das Zimmer schön mit genügend Platz, einer Küche und Waschmaschinen und Tumbler. Etwas staubig und die Handtücher zum Teil nicht gut gewaschen. Ausserdem gibt es keinen Zimmerservice, was man von einem 3-Sterne-Hotel erwarten dürfte (wir haben es bei der Buchung übersehen).“

„I wish we would have had more downtime on our vacation but one of the best things was waking up and sitting on the lanai and drinking coffee in the morning and watching the waves and ocean activity. Very nicely appointed condo which had everything we needed including snorkle gear! Very happy with the condo and would definately stay here again if traveling to Kona!“

„Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Geh - Minuten von den Restaurants und Geschäften von Kona entfernt. In der Unterkunft haben wir uns nicht richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist mehr als mangelhaft, kochen wollten wir hier nicht. Alles ist vollgestellt, alt und schmuddelig. Genauso im Schlafzimmer. Hier mussten wir auch erst Platz schaffen um unsere Sachen unterzubringen. Außerdem hatten wir eine riesige Kakerlake in der Dusche sitzen... Der Check-in hat auch nur schwierig geklappt, da wir den ...

„Die Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Trockner. Alles da. Im Aussenbereich Whirlpool und eine super Grillanlage mit Gasgrills.“

„Can’t beat the location of this property/unit; right on the water, lovely large lanai to enjoy both early morning coffee (and surfers) and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. Loved being on the 4th floor and leaving our sliders open to hear the surf. The unit has had some renovations, the kitchen is upgraded and well stocked, the two bathrooms have new tile showers and vanity counters. Not a fan of carpet in rentals, if I was really being picky I would say that it was not nice in the bedroom. ...

„Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend Mike's place to friends and family. Mike is great at communication and very organized. The place was very well stocked. We really enjoyed using the boogie boards. We loved dinners on the balcony watching the sunset. The only thing that could be improved was that one of the twin beds was worn out and squeaking badly. „Property was exactly as described. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. We did opt for the A/C but didn't always use it. Sitting on the lanai was heaven - listening to waves crashing, watching whales and dolphins and mainly escaping Montana winter!“

„This is a very outdated place, pretty rundown, and rude an in friendly management, 300 $$ for a 30yo ugly sofa bed .. don’t expect sand beaches it’s a fake and rocks allow no beach access. Avoid this place.“

„Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.“

„Large apartment and basically nice facility. Apartment had only one queen bed, although we had booked a king bed. There was no air conditioning available. So we had to sleep at about 30 degrees Celcius (90 degrees Fahrenheit), which was anything but relaxing. So these were the 4 worst nights on our 4 week Hawaii trip. An alternative room with air conditioning was - on repeated requests - although promised, but never offered. A compensation was not done. Therefore, we can not recommend this ...
