„Während des Ironman sind die Hotels in Kona sehr teuer. Vom Kanaloa aus ist man per (eigenem) Auto in nur 15 Minuten im Zentrum von Kona, wo es auch genügend kostenlose Parkplätze gibt. “

„Die Wohnung mit Meerblick ist wirklich ein Traum. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist unglaublich schön und hat uns mehrere wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge bereitet. Die Wohnung war bereits eingedeckt als wir angekommen waren. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Bert im Schlafzimmer sowie das Schlafsofa waren sehr bequem. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nur ein paar ca. 5 Minuten entfernt von der Strandpromenade sowie des Stadtzentrums. Man benötigt in Kona ...

„The condo is a little dated, as accurately shown in the listing pictures, but hey you’re in Hawaii! Go outside. The view is gorgeous. We saw a couple whales from the lanai, and slept to the sound of waves just 30-40 feet from the lanai. Arllen was very responsive to our questions. The location is conveniently near lots of things within a few miles in either direction. I can’t speak to the pool or hot tub as we didn’t use them. But, both looked well maintained and clean. “

Go a little further and there is a walmart,Safeway and Costco. Definitely need a car to get around. Our first visit to Kona. Will definitely recommend. “

„The apartment was very well equipped. There was beach/pool/snorkel equipment as well as pool towels. The kitchen had enough room for everything and a table that was just perfect for the four of us. Our child really enjoyed the toys and books.We had enough room for our suitcases and even with the couch bed it never seemed to crowded. The pool was awesome and had some shade to sit and watch the kids. The street could be a little noisy at times but at night it was just fine.“
