„Beautiful hotel well located for hikes in the area. We stayed in the large cottage which is a very nice spacious option for families. „This hotel is absolutely horrible! It is incredibly overpriced, at the same rate as a Luxury Hotel, but they have service comparable to a Motel in Rural Alabama. They don't have a restaurant, they have a cafeteria with a fixed menu. The portions are tiny (cheap) and I left each meal still feeling hungry. They do not have internet in the Rooms. They do not stock their minibar. Half of the electrical outlets in each room do not work. The entrance of each room is accessed through a back alley ...

„Lage sehr gut, Zimmer ok, Bad mit Oberfenster zum Flur (!) und etwas miefig; Frühstück furchtbar - das schlechteste in Ruanda, Pool im vergleich zu Serena zwar größer aber nicht ganz so sauber, und nur 2 Liegen für das ganze Hotel!! (Serena - 12-15 Liegen am Pool und nochmal ca. 20 oder mehr am Hoteleigenen Strand). Sehr schlechte Information im Hotel über mögliche Aktivitäten, Touren etc. aber nettes, bemühtes Personal. “

„I had a great time at Virunga Homestay, I initially only booked for a few nights but then stayed over a week. Francis is a very considerate, helpful, and accommodating host.
