„We were rained-out of a long planned camping trip and, luckily, found this at the last minute. The Rococo room is beautiful and very clean, and the deck with BBQ is quite useful. It is spacious and bright. The grounds are fun to walk around. Seeing the different areas is really interesting. I especially liked the yacht floating in the pond. Overall this was a great stay! “

„Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Funktionale großräumige nette Wohnung. Zentrale Lage. Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht so gut. Ziemlich staubig, trotz Teppich kein Sauger vorhanden. Das Geschirr und der Ofen war nicht richtig sauber. Auf dem Gästebett können 2 Personen gut übernachten. Nettes Haus und Nachbarn! Waschen und trocknen in der Waschküche war kein Problem.“

„Although not the property I intended I'm renting, property management was diligent and finding a replacement, I was uncomfortable and sitting on the quaint they're simply because of the number cobweb on the deck underneath the home. Not so much a property issue but more of a resort issue, I made a reservation for a horse-drawn carriage ride only for them to cancel it 30 minutes prior because of lack of carriage availability.“

„The property is very unique. It is off of a dirt road and I would suggest initially getting there while there is daylight. There are multiple steps to this room (located in the Castle building of the property), therefore it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The dipping pool was not filled at the time of our stay. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the shower temperature and pressure were a bit difficult to regulate but it seems the tub is better ...

„My wife and I wanted to get away for a quick n easy Valentine's Day and so I tried VRBO to find something relatively close and reasonable. We both like to hit venture and try new things, and hit the Casino if there is one.So often we've visited the Charles Town Casino and Horse Track, and didn't even realize there was an entire historic downtown area. Talk about a surprise and a quaint and lovely area. I can only hope it continues to grow and prosper. The downtown coffee shop we walked to ...

„April reservation for July was canceled 2 days prior to check in. Still waiting on 1 day credit after being upgraded for 2 days. Check in is at 4 but cabin wasn’t ready until 6:15 even though previous tenants left the night before. Employees were not friendly at all. No fireworks on the 4th as told on phone. It was quite a fiasco. I would not recommend it. Better value at a beach“
