„Alles Wirkich super dort. Sehr modern, sauber und schön. Es gibt 3 Minuspunkte für uns: -Parkplatz war ziemlich weit entfernt -Das Bett war ziemlich unbequem Und der Größte Minuspunkt für uns: Wir haben einen Late Check Out angefordert, da unser Flug erst am Nachmittag war und unsere Kindern dann noch einen Mittagsschlaf haben können. Wir haben keine Rückantwort bekommen (da dort alles über eine App läuft) also gingen wir davon aus, es passt. Kinder zum Mittagsschlaf hingelegt und grade das ...

„Steep steps to cabin was unexpected. No way to light campfire. Dust mites bothered me at sofa. Curtain rods pitiful. We were told the store was closed when we checked in. We expected the visitor center and store to be open based on property description. When we were leaving we found the store open. “

„My husband and I stayed at Tim’s cottage in middleburg for one night to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Tim had left a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake for us since he knew it was our anniversary, which was an incredibly thoughtful and kind gesture. The cottage was clean, cute and cozy and the location was incredibly convenient to wineries, breweries and downtown Middleburg. It was truly a staycation to remember!“

„This trip was a fantastic long weekend with a bunch of friends. The house offered space for everyone to spread out and do whatever games/activities appealed to them. If you’re looking for a house that lets everyone have their space, this was great! Also any questions or concerns we had were answered and handled so quickly. Overall I recommend a stay here!“

„The property is Gorgeous with green rolling hills, a pond with geese and baby geese on the way, deer, beaver and lots of other wildlife! Everything was so close to Charlottesville…Carter’s Mountain, Restaurants, Wineries and a Wonderful treasure down the road at Simeon’s! We loved having picnics on the grounds watching the sunset! Steve was A Great host! Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! “

„We had a nice weekend away at this property: plenty of space for our family of four + our dog. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked for cooking and dining. Cozy space for a long weekend. Only negative was that the hot tub wasn’t working and we weren’t told before arriving that it hadn’t been working for several weeks. Also, be aware that the steps to and from the lake are steep and are not accessible for someone who has trouble walking. The water can be accessed though by driving ...

„I was very happy with the cottage and how private and quiet it was. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. The property is part of a lovely farm. I enjoyed morning walks down the long driveway with my two dogs and we visited with the donkeys and the horses. Everything I needed was provided by the host. The Gettysburg area was a short drive away. If you are looking for a getaway that is peaceful and close to the historical area, this is the perfect place!“

„The overall property is need of repair and cleaning. The fence around the property was missing and damaged. Piles of concrete padding and material from renovations were piled and not covered. Steps to back of property leading to room lacked handrails. The new concrete steps were slick. The room was very well decorated. Parts of the walls were damaged.
