„Unfreundlicher und umständlicher Check-in. Extrem laute Animation beim Pool und in der Lobby. Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Zimmer war sehr gross und schön. Qualität der Speisen und Auswahl des Buffets eher mittelmässig. Personal im Restaurant war freundlich. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier aber sicher fehl am Platz“

„alles OK bis auf den permanenten Lärm von morgens bis abends durch Musik Volumen voll aufgedreht und Lautsprecher für die Animationsspiele während den Essendszeiten sollte dieser Lärm reduziert oder abgestellt werden Für Jnvalide im Rollstuhl sind die vielen Treppen welche zu den Essendssälen führen ein Hindernislauf weil unser invalider Sohn das angrenzende Delfinarium auch in Zukunft immer wieder braucht werden jedes Jahr eine Woche im Park Royal Hotel verbringen Die Aussicht vom Zimmerbalkon ...

„This is supposed to be a top rated resort in Ixtapa. We paid for the All-Inclusive and it was a disappointing. The resort only has 4 restaurants where you can have dinner and 3 of those are considered “specialty”. We were only allowed to dine once at each of the restaurants during our 7 day stay. The quality of the food overall was not good. And you couldn’t eat poolside, like what? Also, my bed was hard as a rock. They did put a topper on the mattress after I complained. The walk to the pool ...
