„The property is very nice. Looked very new inside and very clean. There were a few hiccups. The shower cut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of a shower. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I wasn't advised of this until I had already arrived in the UK. If it were not for those things, I would have given 5 stars.“

„Like other people have already mentioned, there is no Hotel staff on site so you're pretty much left to your own devices. When checking in I was greeted by the restaurant’s chef who had to phone someone to come and bring the keys to my room which included a ten minute wait.
 Since the rooms are located above the restaurant, it is quite loud in the evening and late at night – especially when your room faces the street and people leave the restaurant talking loudly. I had a problem during my stay ...

„It's a unique property as it's a historic building, walking distance to Osborne House. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. The restaurant serves excellent food and the breakfast room and lounge are cosy. Our bedroom was large , comfortable and clean. Highly recommend it.“
