The owner David came to greet us and showed us around his property which they renovated for 4 years prior to opening as a boutique hotel. „Like other people have already mentioned, there is no Hotel staff on site so you're pretty much left to your own devices. When checking in I was greeted by the restaurant’s chef who had to phone someone to come and bring the keys to my room which included a ten minute wait.
