I am not generally one to point out the negative but feel like I need to warn people about this property. GLAM homes was a terrible host on so many levels. They did not respond to multiple messages regarding a problem we had with no hot water in two of the four showers. After 6-7 messages sent over our first 2 days and promises that the would “alert the team and reach out shortly” I finally asked for the phone number of the property manager. I was told it was an old house and I should just wait a minute for hot water to come out. Even when no one else was showering and hot water came out of the sinks in the same bathroom and after waiting 10 or more minutes (long enough to take a cold shower) , we still did not get hot water. I called the PM and he told me he would send out a plumber and call back in 15 minutes with details. He never called back. I tried calling twice more and no one answered the phone- no ability to leave a message. Half of our group had cold showers for an entire week. Beyond that- the next door neighbor had a security device that made a gunshot noise followed by sounds of dogs snarling, barking, and it sounded like fighting. It was a recording. On repeat. It went off constantly. One night it was going on repeatedly until 11:30 pm. I asked the PM to help. No help. The pool cleaner/ landscape crew came in the middle of the afternoon with no warning and we couldn’t use the pool for 1.5 hrs on our last day. Pros: location, pool, hot tub. Would not stay again
