"Beautiful location with a clean beach, spacious rooms, and mostly very friendly staff. The hotel itself is impressive and well maintained. However, two things were disappointing: An additional 10% service charge is added on top of the already high room rates. All four restaurants require reservations, and the system feels unnecessarily strict – often told “fully booked” while many tables stay empty. Since there are no alternatives nearby, this becomes frustrating. Overall: A very good stay in a stunning setting, but at this price level, the extra charges and rigid restaurant policy should be improved."

After checking out my girlfriend and I were full of red spots, we tried to call the hotel and explain the receptionist said we can do nothing but we can recommend you to go to the doctor, I mean for 350$ a night what’s that for service.
