„We were using this place as a base, from which we explored the eastern half of Big Island. For us as a family of 4, it was a great place, which provided an individual room for both of our kids. We also really enjoyed the provided snorkelling gear and beach equipment. Communication with the hosts was very good. Our only minor point of concern during our stay was that the washing machine had broken down prior to our arrival and wasn't available to us, but we managed without.“

„Beautiful garden, very nice jacuzzi and spacious living areas. In general had all the amenities you need to enjoy the area. Cozy cabin type home feeling which fits the area. Beds, especially the queen, were way too soft and sagged dramatically into the center (We are not overweight people). Made it hard to get a god nights sleep. “

You must be ready to share the house with some smaller animals here and there, but that’s the part of the experience. Gisella was very kind and told us about the history of the house. Better than any other rental and better than the Naniloa, even its highest rooms with the most ocean visibility because this place is so peaceful and no stress. „We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully laid out house. The pool, the location and the layout of the rooms are really great! To get to a 5 star rating, however, the house needs in one or the other place a repair and basic cleaning (stairs to the pool wobbles, pictures and walls partially yellowed, in one or the other place wobbles or missing something).
