„Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku. The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers don’t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great. There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us.“

„This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. I'd definitely recommend the place and would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a smart Japanese toilet ;) !“

„무난한 느낌의 숙소. 호스트가 안내를 상세하게 잘 해줘서 좋았음. 주변 역까지 10분정도 걸어야하고 화장실은 조금 좁지만 혼자나 둘이서 여행할 때는 꽤 괜찮은 숙소인듯. 아 그리고 방음 진짜 괜찮았던게 숙소 건물에 나밖에 없는걸로 착각할정도. 그리고 본인은 숙소에서 나와서 어딘가로 이동하는 일정이라 주변에 인프라가 없어도 괜찮았음. 다음에도 도쿄에서의 숙소는 이곳으로 할 예정“

„Shinjuku is the entertainment and red light area, be aware of this when booking. The Hotel itself and its communication was great - very detailed instrucrions, check in, check out, all automated. We had everything we need and are fully satisfied with our stay.“

„Room was not clean. Hair on the floor, bed etc. Even the floor seemed dirty. Tried reaching out to Expedia but they wouldn't refund me for the second day. WiFi details were not available and when I reached out to the property they replied the next day. “

„Clean small apartment - walkable to a bustling part of the city. Shinjuku is an exciting area and just outside of the east station exit is a bit like vegas-meets-NY. I knew the area was active but I did not realize this apartment was smack in the middle of the night life (host bars, love hotels, etc) part of town. If that sounds like fun to you, this is a great deal. If you're looking for a family-friendly place to stay, this might not be the right move. The space itself crams the two beds in ...

„One of the best places ive stayed in all of japan. The posting is a bit strange and doesn't do it justice however, but it is basically a standard, well maintained, apartment. Being in the korea district was surprisingly enjoyable and the distance from the train and other major locations was perfect.“
