„Generally a good trip. There was some wear and tear to the property and one of the elevators didn’t work. Would have given better stars, but an employee knocked on our door waking us up at 9am and then just walked in after I said please come later. He said something in our room was dripping but no faucets were on, and as we hadn’t used the shower. We got in very late the night prior and I was irritated that this employee woke us up and then just walked into our room.“

„Obwohl wir via Expedia einen barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht haben, musste wir etliche Treppen und Türen überwinden.Es gab kein Aufzug, viel zu wenig Parkplätze. Wir haben das Zimmer nicht um 15Uhr sondern erst viel später erhalten, weil sie nicht mit dem Reinigen der Zimmer fertig wurden. Unser Zimmer war dunkel und stank, die Möbel waren verdreckt und ramponiert. Direkt vor unserem Schlafzimmer waren etliche Klimaanlagenventilatoren und - noch schlimmer - eine Basketballanlage. „Collyn was responsive to my questions before and after booking. The house is great -- even nicer than the photos -- and worked perfectly for us. More space than we really needed (just my husband and me, so we only used one bedroom), but we brought our dog, so the large fenced yard (also accessible from the sliding door in the bedroom) was fabulous. We had events to attend in downtown Carmel, and it was an easy 10 minute drive. Nice touches like leaving snacks and bottled water. I hope to rent ...
