Palmetto Dunes is a very nice, well-maintained, and secure area, unlike some older developments on the island. Beach access is a short walk. Nice golf course view out the back. The site was great! We used the big outdoor pool most and enjoyed the Beach Bear bar/ restaurant. The Poke Bowl was terrific! There is a beach wagon loaded with gear for trips down the beautiful boardwalk to a private beach much less crowded than Coligny. Most nights ended for us at the indoor pool ...
