Room wasn't ready when we arrived, we were only staying for one night meaning it shortened our stay even further and the check out is quite early at 10am. Were promised something to make up for the inconvenience but never received anything. There was confusion when we initially arrived about which hotel we were in (as there are two on the same estate). So accommodating trying to get us in early and was a treat to have wine and chocolate waiting for us! Gorgeous garden for a morning coffee after a wine tour!
