A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. „Our stay at Cold Spring Lodge in the Catskills was fantastic. The location is perfect, central to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. The cabin had a cozy, homey feel that really gave us that classic camping experience we were looking for. Most of all, the manager, Rose, made our trip even better. Her communication was AMAZING from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. She was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d absolutely stay here again!“

„The kitchen was fully equipped. We did eat out though as there are some great restaurants nearby The cabin was clean and comfy. The only negative, which is minor, was the ice maker in the fridge was cycling a lot during the night. You'll get used to it! It would not prevent us from going back “

The view from the deck is amazing and the living room is huge with an old stone fireplace which we didn’t use because it was 90 degrees each day. The Mexican restaurant in town (Norte Azul) has an extensive menu and a good variety of beer on tap. Highly recommend visiting Mt Greylock in MA, about 30 mins away.
