„We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very quiet and only a mile from Omega. We were able to walk to Omega (Note that the return trip is uphill but we enjoyed the exercise. And if you are walking back at night, make sure you have a flashlight. Fortunately most phones have them.) The place was very large and had everything we needed for our stay. „This cottage is perfect! Clean and comfortable, with every amenity covered, with such lovely touches as fresh flowers and farm-fresh eggs! The highlight was the view from the overlook -- breathtaking in the late spring and probably every season! Maureen is a perfect host -- precise directions and instructions, and a level of thoughtfulness that goes above and beyond. I look forward to staying there again! “

„Wonderful updated and charming stay! Across the street from an amazing antique shop with coffee bar. Sit outside and take in the river view - it was a perfect and our host Marie made everything so easy. “

„The cottage is very nicely remodeled and in a beautiful area of Hunter Mountain. The inside was immaculate and exactly as described and pictured. The cottage had nice touches like linens, towels, and toiletries provided. We stayed for the weekend to attend a family wedding in nearby Saugerties. There were a few small inconveniences that I will mention because I do read reviews before I rent places and thought it might be helpful. „The cottage was a great place to stay with great easy access to downtown Woodstock, Kingston, and Rhineback. Lots of attention to detail by the owner. For example, there are plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes and tons of books and DVD's. The DVD's are displayed in alphabetical order and there are multiple heat zones that enabled the bathroom to independently be very warm while keeping the remaining zones more temperate. „My husband and I said “WOW” when we walked in the door. The space is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room to spread out and a beautiful sleeping loft. The bed was super comfy and the apartment was so clean! It was decorated thoughtfully and had everything you could think of that you might need. Terri was a gracious host and let us check in early. Everything about this unit was exceptional!“

"Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. Even though the location is outside of Manhattan, the metropolis can be reached within 30 minutes by train. The friendliness of the staff deserves special mention. The breakfast is typically American. Wholemeal rolls or wholemeal bread, cheese and sausage were missing, which is standard in Europe. A small addition would be recommended here. A clear advantage is the shopping mall around the hotel. Food such as water, sweets etc. can be bought in the nearby supermarket. Compared to Manhattan, the quiet location is simply fantastic for unwinding after an exciting day in big apple. I am simply happy to be able to stay in this hotel. Gladly again :-)"

"Hotel in Middletown, einem Ort der mehr für die Durchreise geeignet ist. Am Wochenende eingecheckt, daher relativ hohe Preise, dafür sauber, freundlich. Pool vorhanden, Continental Breakfast mit einigermaßen gehobener Auswahl."
