„I absolutely loved, loved, loved this house! We had a large, multi-generational group, and there was something for everyone. Plenty of space to gather and enjoy each other's company, and the bedrooms were spread out enough so that everyone had privacy. The outdoor area is stunning. The listing photos are accurate.It's a short drive to nearby beaches (the closest is Indian Rocks Beach). And it's about 20 min drive from Clearwater Beach and the Pier 60 area. „To start the owners are very accommodating with issues with payment or financials. The house was very clean, very tidy and very spacious for all that we had and that was 10 people! The view was amazing. The amenities were great. The house is in a great location where you’re 20 minutes from just about the beaches and the shops! I would definitely recommend for big family going to visit.“

„Absolutely beautiful home that was so well-equipped for all of our needs! We cooked big meals together for 29 people repeatedly and there was plenty of dishes, specialized utensils and gadgets, appliances, etc - all that we could ask for and more. Additionally, there was everything we needed for fun and safe days at the beach (chairs, canopies/tents, sand toys, boogie boards, etc)!Comfy beds, TVs in every room. „With this beautiful house you’re only a few steps from the water where you can launch a kayak or paddle-board. The house has everything you could need for a wonderful time either in the house, pool or ocean. It’s perfect location and amenity’s give you the option to stay in if the weather gets bad. If you like to cook this is a great place and there is about every spice, utensil and condiment you might need. "Sehr gute Lage in Clearwater. Direkt am Pier. Sonnenschirm und zwei Stühle am Strand inklusive. Frühstück 25$ für Erwachsene und 15$ für Kinder. Pool ist etwas klein aber bis nach Mitternacht geöffnet. Leider nur Valet Parken aber dafür sehr zügig und alles über eTip möglich. "

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist erstklassig – besser geht es kaum. Allerdings ist der Preis von über 600 Dollar pro Nacht aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt, insbesondere in Relation zum gebotenen Service. Ein Kritikpunkt: Externe Gäste wurden erst nach unserer Meldung an das Hotelpersonal vom Hotelgelände respektive Pool verwiesen, obwohl Hotelgäste eindeutig an einem Armband zu erkennen sind. Hier wäre eine proaktivere Kontrolle wünschenswert. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die exzellente Küche und die Bar. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut – und das Personal ist durchweg äusserst freundlich und aufmerksam. *** This was our second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – truly hard to beat. However, the rate of over 600 Dollar per night does not reflect the level of service provided and feels overpriced. One point of criticism: Non-hotel guests were only asked to leave after we reported them to staff, even though hotel guests can be clearly identified by their wristbands. A more proactive approach would be appreciated. On a positive note, the restaurant and bar are outstanding. The price-performance ratio here is excellent, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive."
