„The management team does an excellent job with communication and responding to issues. The check-in process was very smooth as the team sent detailed information prior to check-in date, which included video instructions. Upon checking in, we noticed the TV and downstairs AC wasn’t working, and someone showed up to reset the breakers within 10 mins. The property is well designed and well maintained. „My wife, my two sons, and I absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, close enough to La Fortuna to easily enjoy everything the town has to offer, but far enough away to feel peaceful and relaxing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and hot tub, which were a huge highlight. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. „The view was unbelievable. The trip to the property was treacherous. From LaFortuna it may only be 10 miles, but it will take you at least 40 minutes and that is during the day with ideal weather. Do not attempt to drive this after dark. Because of this, we made sure to be back at the property by dark, after arriving there, only once, during the dark. They do serve breakfast a dinner and it is good. If you are going for a romantic get away, this is ideal!“

"Das Hotel/die Resort Anlage ist wirklich traumhaft. Man wohnt in einzelnen Bungalows oder Doppel Bungalows und ja, sie sind nicht auf dem neuesten modernen Stand, aber alles ist top in Schuss und sauber. Der Wasserdruck ist etwas schlecht in der Dusche, aber das ist fast schon üblich in Costa Rica, positiv ist anzumerken, dass es hier das einzige Hotel auf unserer Rundreise war, das es im Bad eine Wäscheleine hatte, an denen man seine Badesachen oder andere Dinge trocknen konnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß und man hat immer etwas gefunden. Es gab eine Omelette Station, an der man sich seine Eier Speise frisch zubereiten lassen konnte. Was wir nicht empfehlen würden, ist ein Besuch in den Restaurants dort, die sind wirklich sehr teuer, da gibt die bessere Alternativen. Ansonsten wirklich alles traumhaft, die heißen Quellen, der Pool und der Service ist wirklich top. Mir ist etwas abhandengekommen und das Hotel war wirklich sehr bemüht uns bei der Suche zu unterstützen und hat uns dann auch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zukommen lassen. Also wir haben uns rund um Wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und würden auch wiederkommen."
