„It’s was great stay all together, but was mislead when we booked on Vrbo. The duplex was listed as entire home! But we got lucky and the upstairs guest left the next day we arrived so I didn’t feel I had to keep my kids quiet after that. We did like the location and view was wonderful. “

„This was the perfect little place for us to stay in the OBX. Everything was clean and you could see the beach from the top deck. Everything worked in the kitchen ( we went to food lion and cooked almost every night ) Everything in the description was correct. The hot tub is out of this world! I will be staying here again! “

„The home was very clean and exactly what the images show. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and dishes. My family enjoyed the hot tub and the easy walking access to the beach. Great location to the shops and restaurants. It was the perfect get away. “

„What an amazing place to stay! We met with family to spend the week together. Plenty of room for everyone inside and out. We started our mornings sitting on the top deck with coffee enjoying how peaceful & beautiful it was. When we weren't out exploring or off fishing the surf we were out back crabbing and fishing from the dock. The water edge was a hit with kids using their nets they brought along to catch small little creatures & observing them before releasing them back. We enjoyed cooking ...

„Great location once the beach area opens up from oil spill. House was big enough for our family of 4. We cooked some meals and there were enough dishes to do so. Dishwasher was full when we got there so had to run it and put away dishes. Pool was not open but pool guy came during our stay to open it for next people checking in. Overall, good place. “

„My family and i enjoyed our stay and know for sure we will be back. We like that we had a rest room in the unit rhat we stayed. The people working at the property were very nice. We do wish the air conditioner unit had been cleaned. It was moldy and dusty. And some of us have allergies to mold. Besides that we loved our stay.“

„We had a blast! The Lazy River was the most talked about and used amenity. Even though it was colder than what we planned we loved it at Rio Rodanthe. No reason to go anywhere else. We all had a fanastic time.“

"Der erste Anblick ist etwas konfus, wohl durch das bunte Ambiente der einzelnen Hausabschnitte. Tatsächlich haben wir auf unserer Reise allerdings die beste Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten in einem Motel vorgefunden. Das Bad war mit einer großen, ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet und sogar gefliest. Die Küchenzeile hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör, einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Koch- und Grillmöglichkeiten sind in einem außen liegenden Gemeinschaftsbereich großzügig vorhanden. Der Service war stets gut, der Empfang sehr nett, unkompliziert. Auch haben wir viele Tipps für gute Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen. Beim Auschecken musste lediglich der Schlüssel abgegeben werden. Alles in einem: Sehr zu empfehlen."
