Bei der Buchung sollte man sich nur im Klaren sein, daß Hatteras sehr weit im Süden der Outer Banks liegt. Wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht - perfekt. Die Fahrt in den nördlichen Teil der Outer Banks zieht sich ziemlich. Also gut überlegen was man bei einem Aufenthalt dort tun möchte. The Villas at Hatteras Landing ist als Unterkunft wunderschön. “

„Our hosts and VRBO choice are excellent. Even with stormy weather causing a few outages, all were repaired promptly. We enjoyed everything we could at the house - pool, hot tub, games/game room, movies, fixing meals. It was a great time and celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with family. „Getting to the property was easy.. even with the shared driveway you knew where to go.. upon arriving the house looks exactly like the pictures. My family and I loved all the deck space. We spent mornings and nights reading out there. The pool area was great. Plenty of space. Better than most pools in OBX. The house was equipped with everything we needed.. plenty of bathrooms and showers. My kids enjoyed having their own space and the king bedroom with private deck was great for my husband and ...

„The location is awesome. Very short walk to the beach. The home was decent. Beds were comfortable. House was pretty clean. The washing machine was broken before we got there and we weren’t told. It wouldn’t drain, so after trying to use it we had to empty the water with buckets. Over the next few days I called the property manager at least 5-6 times. Nobody would tell me when/if it would be fixed. Finally I drove to the property management office. They told me I could use the washing machine ...

"Der erste Anblick ist etwas konfus, wohl durch das bunte Ambiente der einzelnen Hausabschnitte. Tatsächlich haben wir auf unserer Reise allerdings die beste Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten in einem Motel vorgefunden. Das Bad war mit einer großen, ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet und sogar gefliest. Die Küchenzeile hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör, einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Koch- und Grillmöglichkeiten sind in einem außen liegenden Gemeinschaftsbereich großzügig vorhanden. Der Service war stets gut, der Empfang sehr nett, unkompliziert. Auch haben wir viele Tipps für gute Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen. Beim Auschecken musste lediglich der Schlüssel abgegeben werden. Alles in einem: Sehr zu empfehlen."
