„First time using VRBO, heard horror stories from others regarding key pad to door not working to the location left dirty. This unit was perfect. You can’t come here though expecting it to be like staying in those huge 3 plus level houses. There is no washer and dryer. „The cabana was so cute and peaceful. If you have a lifted truck you will not fit under the cabana but there were a few spots to park which worked out. The sun deck had a perfect view of the beach and it was a very short walk to the beach. The location was perfectly placed between hatteras village and Frisco.I would highly recommend this adorable cabana.“

„Pros: -close to beach- the little path shown in pictures is not how you get to the beach. You walk through A clearing in the bushes and then you get to the paved access road. It’s about a five minute walk. - The beach was not crowded in that area at all. And lifeguards were close by because of the campground next-door. - fairly quiet and secluded. „Great location on the farthest reaches of OBX, and the little cabana colony is a great place to stay with a short set of stairs over the dune to the beach. The cabana is big enough to offer all that a couple needs for a comfortable stay, and we enjoyed the artwork on the walls. “

„Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. We had read reviews noting the living room furniture and the mattress quality; however, we found that both features were comfortable. We did noticed that the floors were very dirty upon our arrival. For example, when in the living, we found clumps of blonde hair on the floor (my husband and I have dark brown/black hair). We also noticed that the bathroom, while by first glance looked clean, upon further inspection there were aspects that should have ...

Owners were super responsive with communication too. Everything we needed. On the canal and can see the sound. Dog friendly as well. Our little guy had a great time too.“

„My family and i enjoyed our stay and know for sure we will be back. We like that we had a rest room in the unit rhat we stayed. The people working at the property were very nice. We do wish the air conditioner unit had been cleaned. It was moldy and dusty. And some of us have allergies to mold. Besides that we loved our stay.“

„We had a blast! The Lazy River was the most talked about and used amenity. Even though it was colder than what we planned we loved it at Rio Rodanthe. No reason to go anywhere else. We all had a fanastic time.“

"Der erste Anblick ist etwas konfus, wohl durch das bunte Ambiente der einzelnen Hausabschnitte. Tatsächlich haben wir auf unserer Reise allerdings die beste Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten in einem Motel vorgefunden. Das Bad war mit einer großen, ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet und sogar gefliest. Die Küchenzeile hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör, einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Koch- und Grillmöglichkeiten sind in einem außen liegenden Gemeinschaftsbereich großzügig vorhanden. Der Service war stets gut, der Empfang sehr nett, unkompliziert. Auch haben wir viele Tipps für gute Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen. Beim Auschecken musste lediglich der Schlüssel abgegeben werden. Alles in einem: Sehr zu empfehlen."
