„Die Räume im unteren Stockwerk offen und teilweise ausgeräumt, wahrscheinlich wegen der Überschwemmungen durch den Hurrikan. Kein Mensch war da, bei Anruf erhielten wir eine sechsteiligen Code, damit wir uns Zimmer konnten. Kein Hotelpersonal, haben bisher soetwas nie erlebt.“

„Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast was a great start for the two days we were there. The bed was very clean and super comfortable! The small dock on the sound was a bonus, I was able to get a little fishing time in. We look forward to visiting this Inn again! “

„Liked hearing the waves crashing at night. The view was nice. Too many fisherman right in front of our area to enjoy the beach without worry of hooks and fishing line. Never did find a " lounge" Small room , but that was our choice. “

„Zunächst der Warnhinweis: Der Anbieter besitzt mehrere Standorte! Das Motel ist sehr schön am Strand gelegen. Die Village Accommodations sind 2km landeinwärts, fernab vom Strand und direkt neben einem Umspannwerk. Die Häuser umfassen je zwei Einheiten und sind vergleichsweise alt. Eine Schallisolierung zwischen den Einheiten ist praktisch nicht vorhanden, man hört seinen Nachbarn also sehr gut. Teilweise haben die Einheiten Fensterklimaanlagen direkt über dem Bett, auch hier ist also Vorsicht ...

„Unique! You are right above the waves crashing all day long! Then miles of open beachfront to walk, look for shells, just enjoy. Jamie at the front desk is warm and friendly and so determined to make sure you have an awesome experience. The property has the gorgeous weathered wood so typically Outer Banks.“

„Jackie was an amazing host. She was responsive to questions about the island and things to do. She even had a few snacks waiting for us when we arrived late at night. It was such a comfortable and clean environment to relax and explore the Outer Banks for our first trip there. Would highly recommend staying here. Location was great, views of the marsh and ocean, and very comfortable setting.“

„Cute and cozy! A home away from home!Very Close proximity to the beach, eateries, gas, and groceries.Check in and out was extremely easy. I really enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The setting was very peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.“

„Perfect for me traveling solo. The place was extremely clean. The towels were soft. The sheets were soft. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was the best bed I have ever had in renting places in OBX for 30 years. Everything I needed was there. About a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. My favorite seafood market in walkable distance. The deck was private. It was quiet. There is the pattering of feet during waking hours above that I got used to quickly. The neighborhood is quiet. ...

"Der erste Anblick ist etwas konfus, wohl durch das bunte Ambiente der einzelnen Hausabschnitte. Tatsächlich haben wir auf unserer Reise allerdings die beste Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten in einem Motel vorgefunden. Das Bad war mit einer großen, ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet und sogar gefliest. Die Küchenzeile hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör, einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Koch- und Grillmöglichkeiten sind in einem außen liegenden Gemeinschaftsbereich großzügig vorhanden. Der Service war stets gut, der Empfang sehr nett, unkompliziert. Auch haben wir viele Tipps für gute Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen. Beim Auschecken musste lediglich der Schlüssel abgegeben werden. Alles in einem: Sehr zu empfehlen."
